SAN DIEGO AUTO SHOW: The Fun Starts Tomorrow

It is that time of the year again! No, it's not the Los Angeles Auto Show, Detroit or Geneva, but it is one of the greatest cities you may not guess off the top of your head. Home to perfect weather and AutoSpies is San Diego.

According to Ron Burgundy, the city was discovered by the Germans in 1904 and means "Whale's vagina." Or, Saint Diego. Either or, really.

San Diego is a great city, for sure. But 'perfect weather?'

Yeah, the weather is often great, but many days are cool, overcast and damp. And don't forget the dense fog that rolls in frequently.

For sure, none of this is like the blizzards the east can get. Or the hurricanes in the Gulf states. Or, the tornadoes in the plains.

But "San Diego's perfect weather?"

That's a bit of an overstatement.
