Ferrari Shooting Brake Concept coming to the 2011 Geneva Motor Show

It’s not a secret that Ferrari is planning something big for this year’s 2011 Geneva Motor Show. Some say that it will be a hybrid version of the 599 GTB Fiorano but…. It appears that British magazine AutoExpress says that it will be a shooting brake concept based on the 612 Scaglietti. According to the same sources, it seems that the new concept, which will be powered by a V12 engine, will be built for two reasons: one is to see how far can Ferrari expand its lineup, and second to transform the 612 Scaglietti into a super coupe.

A "shooting brake" is a nifty marketing term for a "two door wagon/hatchback", is it not? So Ferrari is making a two door wagon/hatchback concept? Please no. Please please please no.
