Mercedes-Benz launches Mega City Mobility project, will take on Bmw MegaCity Vehicle

Mercedes-Benz has launched its Mega City Mobility project, which studies how to style a range of new alternative-drive city cars. The company’s Yokahama-based studio in Japan is where the styling studies are being done under the direction of Holger Hutzenlaub. Mercedes-Benz is hoping that this range will be its counterpart to the BMW MegaCity Vehicle and a new all-electric Audi model that will have the same platform as Volkswagen’s new Up city car. Autocar has released a set of photographs showing the range of ideas that the project is considering.

That's a concept car from about a year ago. Bionic car or something. I think it looks great. I'm digging the color.
