Spy Shot: First look at a new Mercedes coupe

Not liking the front end lamp shapes nor the rear (Honda Civic anyone?)BUT this is an artists interpretaion of it so it remains to be seen...

No way. They are not going to drastically change the front end that much. The headlights are a smaller version of the S-Series. Gotta give it up to the Germans, their photochop is getting better and better!

This plainly a photoshop and yes it does look ust like the honda civic coupe. Since when are german automakers copying off the japanese, it should be the other way around

I like it, looks sharp. Not sure about the taillights. But it looks different than the current MB design language, not sure if it will look like that when it comes out.

It is the rear of the IS, well, at least from the front angle it is.

not that bad...the head light is ugly thoe...

The front end continues the CLS/SL style, so it could be a possibility. The rear simply looks like a guess. It would be nice tosee MB produce something that could potentially compete with the 3 series, but no doubt it will lack the sporting capability of a BMW.

From the price point (25,000) Euros, this look like the replacement for the now discontinued C230.

It really look like the Lexus IS350 both the front and rear and the shape of the car.

I can (actually) see MB at the rear of the IS. :P

also be seeing pink butterflies and dancing leprachauns too! Have you seen the profile of many MB?



Look, I am not "dissing" your MB. The photochopper obviously used the Lexus IS because that kink in the rear of the MB chop is clearly an IS, not another MB model.

Oh boy, the C230 is a force to be reckoned with!!! Doesn't it not even have a CD player?

The E-Class is another gorgeous car by MB.
