Quattro all-wheel drive added to Audi A1

Audi has released an initial report today introducing quattro all-wheel drive to the Mini-rivaling A1. This is certainly great news considering that, up to this point, the A1's lack of quattro was a major downfall. Not only will the Audi A1 quattro be the first vehicle in its segment to power all four wheels, but also opens the door for the possibility of future, quattro-powered, "S" or "RS" variants.

Still waiting for when they plan on selling in the U.S. If VW wants to be the next Toyota (in terms of size and sales), they need to start offering the European variants here.
