Does The World Need A 300MPH Supercar? Bugatti's New Veyron To Move Closer To The Triple Century Mark

The world’s most incredible supercar is about to get even faster! Auto Express has learned that a quicker and lighter new Bugatti Veyron has been given the green light.

Although the VW Group has lost money on each one of the 300 coupés, 150 Grand Sports and 30 Super Sport models it’s built over the past five years, the Veyron’s status as a halo car has been worth every penny. And our sources have revealed that the German company has decided to build a new version. Backing this up, VW chairman Martin Winterkorn was recently widely reported as saying: “After 300 Bugattis, I believe we would be poorly advised if we were to allow that brand to become dormant again.”

That rims remind me of the one on the Lexus LF-A and yes it does look like a Nissan 370Z, especially, the roofline.

But it beats all the drivers cars around a road course. Go figure. The Veyron kicks the Porsche 911 turbo's ass around any racetrack. It even beat the Gumpert Apollo around a racetrack.

Question. Why do you think that the veryron isn't a drivers car? Please answer.

And it will dust all those "drivers' cars" with that same apple in it's mouth. You didn't answer my question. Why isn't the veyron a drivers' car? Just because you dont like it, doesn't mean that it wont kick the asses of the cars that you do like.

yes the veyron is quick, super fast, and out performs many high tier cars on the track but thats only for a short time. the veyron's brakes where shot after one lap in green hell... not to discredit the veyron but just saying...
