DETROIT AUTO SHOW: Which Car(s) Deserves WORST Of Show?

DETROIT AUTO SHOW: Which Car(s) Deserves WORST Of Show?
With the good, comes the bad. What goes up must come down. When there are outstanding pieces of motoring, there are also some of the most horrid machines known to man. Welcome to one of the biggest auto shows and the atrocities that are within. This the worst of the 2011 Detroit Auto Show.

Well, not all of them are the worst. However, we've compiled a group of photographs that reflect some of our opinions as well as what was voiced during our Detroit Auto Show coverage this year.

So, now it is your job to peruse the gallery and let us know what is the worst of the worst. We REALLY want you to scrape the bottom of the barrel and call out the cars that make your toes curl!

Take a look some examples down below...

I think the Hyundai Curb has to be pretty high on that list..

some of the cars pictured above are also in the "best of show" thread. That's a pretty big spread, being considered both best and worst. What did the Spies think?

@JRobUSC

In some cases there is an overlap.

But as mentioned, in some stories that were posted the cars got RIPPED by users -- a.k.a. the orange LFA.

So, we took that into account and the "worst thread" reflects that.

BTW, what is that silver thing in the 7th picture down? That's a car?

Art is something I appreciate, but this is way out there, I appreciate a combination of cutting edge engineering and art, the style, this is all art with the idea of it being a car as an afterthought with absolutely no engineering at all.

Wow, that 2011 Acura RL takes my breath away...or knocks the wind out of me. I had no idea Acura could head even lower.

VW Passat, one giant leap backward for German engineering and design.

that acura rl is so ugly, simply put. in my opinion, the worst in show has to be the honda civic concept. it looks like the current gen with some after market body modifications. who the hell is designing hondas/acuras? i am so disappointed.

Worst in show- Acura RL. This is the third version of the same car. The first version was the best (not saying much) and the next refresh and this current one are terrible. Honda should be embarrassed.

Whatever Hyundai is calling that white ugly thing with the catfish grill. The Acura RL comes in a close 2nd.

VW's Super-sized Jettta - The 2012 Passat deserves Worst in Show for it's complete lack of effort and originality.

Acura RL, Jett...I mean Passat, and Hyundai Curb, another one of those "the tech is more important than looks" vehicles.

I'm a Hyundai fan and even I have to admit that the Curb is a styling disaster. All the Japanese and Korean "boy racer" cars are aweful. What surprises me most though is the VW Jetta and Passat. Talk about moving stylistically backward. They look like Japanese cars of the 1990s. I know they are trying to compete pricewise but come on VW?
