MINI Coupe to make its debut this fall! MINI E will be phased out within a year!
MINI vehicles that are highly anticipated are the production version of the Coupe/Roadster concept and the electric car called MINI E. Mini Communication Manager Nathalie Bauters told Autoblog that the Coupe will start selling in the fall and will likely be a 2012 model. The Roadster will arrive six months later as a 2012 or 2013 model. The MINI Cooper is a car that gets high sales because of its style and luxury feel so it’s bound to be very popular.

I wonder if it will do as well as the quickly-dumped and AMC-Pacer inspired M-Coupe? BMW does a lot of things very right, but sometimes they get it way wrong.

I'm not sure I like it. I think they should have painted the C pillar rather then the head cap look.With a lower center of gravity and being lighter it should perform quite well.
