Still a grat design, but not the performance is greatly improved as well.

Upto 250BHP? That is sooooo 2001 S4. This car should be sold with 300BHP. Looks good and much improved otherwise.

There are rumors of an RS or S version with a 3.6 possibly turbocharged version making 350 hp. Also the TT is lighter than the old S4.

Yes, it is coming next summer, possibly earlier. The rear trunk gets modified to fit American plates.

Still has the original TT lines to it, more modern but less iconic IMO. I thnk all new Audi's show follow in this direction, rigid lines meet with flowing curves mixed with an agressive look and stance. The current A4, A6 and A8 still needs a little more "agressiveness" to its art decoesque design language. I wish they incorporate more rigid lines and sculpted work to enhance its current design. I guess the designers at Audi should take a bit more chances (but not to the level of BMW and its Frank Gehry-like shapes/planes) and it will be a truely modernized/ futuristic icon.

I think this is the direction that Audi will be going with their designs. This is a photoshop of the next generation Audi built on a completely new modular platform.

From what I have read, the new generation of Audis, A4 (pictured above), A5, A6, A7?, A8, Q5. Will all be built on one common platfom. The new modular platform promises to move the engine back about 6 inches, and improve front overhang as well as weight distribution. This will be accomplished by swapping the placement of the diferential and the transmission. There is a lot of promise in this new platform. We will se what it can deliver when the new A5 (BMW 3 coupe competitor) debuts this fall in Paris. It is based on the Nouvolari concept.
