What is the first thing that springs to mind when you hear the word "exotic." No, we're not talking about dancers, this is a car site you know. Think: rare or something out of this world.

The problem with these unique objects is that they're hard to come by and if you're too late you're going to be put on a list -- or miss the boat entirely. Keeping this in mind, Realitypod.com put together a nice list of cars that people were waiting for.

It's common that high-line and exotics retail customers put deposits and orders on limited-production cars that are barely beyond the 'rumor' stage of development / production. Welcome to reality.

Usually, the "wait" time means those are for cars beyond the number they are allocating to certain markets/dealerships.

My 1934 Ford three window coupe rod...I waited 45 years to get it and
my six year old grandson will have to wait 10 years before its his !

Of course they are all nice cars. Its an even longer wait for people who want the ferrari because they have to be a previous ferrari owner to be able to order a new one. So, add a few months to those time frames! Im surprised its so long for the aston martin.
