SPYSHOT: Next Scion?

A perceptive ScionLife member (wheelstorejt) driving in the southern Los Angeles metro area spotted a strange Scion on the freeway. It looked like an xB, but definitely had a longer wheelbase. Parts of the car were obscured with tape and the whole thing was painted flat black.

The unveiling of the new xB design is rumored to be very late this year, maybe a stocking stuffer for a very Scion Xmas?

Wish he openned his window, perhaps a cell phone shot. Defintely has xB lines. Wassup with the muscle car stance??

hey! looks like Scion is working my ONLY complaint with the xB - size.

if it's big enough (size + engine), i'll take this breadvan anyday.

btw, it reminds me of a Chevy Astro (they still make those?), which i love, just smaller.

Yes, it was me that took that pic up in LA. I had to use my cell phone and we were moving pretty quick to catch up with them. It was a Long-wheelbase XB and it was following two other Prototype Scions.
