Vw Giugiaro leaked ahead of their debut in Geneva

In fact it reminds me of that car a bit. To me it needs a little more surface detail to be a Scirocco. It's a little too clean and bland as you say. Perhaps a little more flair to the fenders and some more agressive side spoilers might do the trick. What worked back in 1990 wont necessarilly work in 2011.

Boring as hell...And if you remove the VW badge there's hardly anything there that says Volkswagen...
