The "new" Chrysler: Too "busy" for loyal customers!?

This is a real email exchange with Jeep President & CEO Mike Manley's "admin" (secretary)from a 4x loyal Jeep Grand Cherokee owner:

Subject: 70th Anniversary Jeep Grand Cherokee order (VON# )

Ms. Lawson,
I am requesting Mr. Manley's assistance.

I have ordered my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee and am very excited about the 70th Anniversary model!

Is there anyway Mr. Manley's office could assist me in getting this order expedited? The order # is in the subject line?

Regards,
JC

While investigating the details of your order I found out that you have contacted other employees regarding your order besides me. I must ask that you please stop this. We are all extremely busy and you have had 3 people stop what they’ve been working on to look into your situation. If you continue to contact employees you will definitely keep your spot in the normal build schedule.

I must also ask that you tell your friend who is an employee here that if they continue to supply you with email addresses without approval, they can jeopardize their career here.

Thank you

Anne Lawson

Hey JC if you want a fast reply to your request sent it to CEO of FIAT, after all they will be the ones loosing money with Chrysler.....and by the way maybe Manley should handle this case himself cause Anne Lawson does not know how to handle PR.

and maybe you should learn to spell "losing" before giving advice?

This woman is a b**** with a superiority complex. Any large, respectable company would write this person up, if not put them on probation or suspend them for something like this. I'm willing to bet she didn't copy anyone else on her response.

Anyone who's in a position such as her knows there are at least 2 simple repsonses to an inquiry such as this: (1) Reply cordially, indicating you're working on the matter even if you've completely tossed it out the window or, (2) Don't fk'ing respond.

I've seen this a lot with executive admins. This woman should be brutally slapped across the face with pimp powder.
