KTM X-Bow will finally come in the US but... without an engine
The KTM X-Bow has been brought to the U.S. by the British Racing Group (BRG). Specifically, the BRG has taken upon itself to bring the majority of the car to the US in the form of a kit car. This means that customers have to make some efforts to acquire the engine and the transaxle. The EPA, NHSTA and state departments of transportation classify the North American specification KTM X-Bow as a special construction vehicle.

The article talks about it being able to be shipped to the US as a Kit but says nothing about wether it will be street legal or not. If it is just to be allowed as a TrackDay car then you would be better to just get the Radical which is already stateside as a Track Car. I like the X-Bow for its daringly unique looks but it is intended to be a track car that is driven to the track via public roads. And if it can not be used as that here then it is pointless to me. But this is just my opinion.
