Superlight version Audi R8 NF in the works
Lamborghini engineers gave hints about a lightweight Audi R8 codenamed the NF during a recent technology demonstration at its lightweight research and production facility in Ingolstadt, Germany. It seems that Lamborghini wants to capitalize on the high profit margin that lightweight models such as the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera offer.

3,792–3,803 lbs is the current weight of the 5.2 V10, so minus 743lbs, just a bit over 3000.lbs, I would drive this car, I saw a modified R-8 last week with a super loud exhaust blasting around town, my 2 year old screamed in delight,lol I guess he doesn't understand the car would give him a lot of tickets.

Pity the LFA has such kindergarten design! the performance is there, but design-wise it's a joke.
