RUMOR: Jeep Plans To Go Head-To-Head With Nissan Juke

It looks like Jeep isn't too happy with how Nissan's Juke is garnering attention. With that said, the company is embarking on an attempt to offer a rival that maintains Jeep's legacy and manages to be a stylish alternative in the small-ute class.

Considering one of the last times we saw a design looking into Jeep's crystal ball was the Renegade, we think its safe to assume that Jeep will be looking towards that concept for design inspiration.

Also included in the rumor is that this vehicle will NOT be making its way stateside, and it will be powered by Fiat diesels.

If Jeep wants to do something they would seriously redo the upcoming Liberty, rename the Patriot the Cherokee and give it a Pentastar V6, and ditch/redesign the Compass completely.
