Report: Audi's approach to electric vehicles is supremely rational

Audi AG is set to launch its E-tron line with the R8-based sports car in 2012. Audi started displaying E-tron concepts with the EV sports car it launched at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. Actually, coal fired power plants emit more radiation then nuclear ones. So in a way the only ones not being rational are the green hippies.

In Canada the electricity is almost entirely hydro-electric, Solar panelled battery backup chargers will also start being available so who cares ...
