BMW AG will be expanding the use of its TwinPower Turbo package to 4- and 3-cylinder engines – comprising both gasoline and diesel variants. That name is very misleading. I wonder why BMW kept the name when they switched to the N55 engine. Everyone buy these cars is going to think they have a twin turbo when in actuality all they have is one turbo.

Good turbo...bad name. Heck imagine if they combined this set up with Porsches Variable Geometry Turbo. Now that would be one heck of a turbo.
