I only saw one Toyota in the running, and no winners? Now that does show different strokes for different folks. If this was a US based survey Toyota would have at least 4 or 5 in the running.

What??? Toyota is not #1 all the friggin time??? All I like are Toyotas so they should be #1 always!!! Enough about stupid Toyota. So lame. Yes they are reliable but not most desirable. Japanese autos make a good presence in the UK. Impressive actually. Lets see if the US auto makers can ever make a bigger name in Europe.

Yes, I love you for saying that dbloseven. I actually think toyota is making some pretty ugly cars now. Is toyota a religion now?

Only a religion to those that cannot see past the Toyota badge. I guess Plano missed the article(s) about Toyota leading the way in recalls lately.

Rupert,
The quality of Fords in the UK is amazingly better than what we get in the US and Canada. Granted, it would cost more, but why can't they offer special versions for people who care for good quality materials and fit & finish? Are there not enough people with good taste in NA? Is that what they're telling us?
