WHICH Car Is The BMW X1?
These cars don't look alike, at all. Right? Uh, yeah.
You have to love some of the Chinese automakers, like Brilliance, that decide to produce pretty similar looking vehicles to the originals. This BMW X1-inspired vehicle is the latest.
Some of the cues that seem to take the X1's cues are the windowline into the C-pillar, headlights and general proportions. Additionally, it appears that the paint is the same shade, granted, they are in different lighting conditions.
At first I thought the new Chinese SUV could just be a rebadged X1.
Which could make some sense, since Brilliance is scheduled to manufacture the X1 for BMW in 2012. And they already build the 3 and 5 series for the Chinese market...

What are you talking about? I searched Rondo and it doesn't even look like X1. In fact, X1 came out after Rondo. Are you saying Chinese copied BMW who had copied Kia?

Take each for a quick spin around the block and if you can't tell which is far superior in ride and handling, then buy the cheap one.

Neither. Both are corny Chinese market copies.
