RENDERED SPECULATION: If This Is The Next-Gen Mercedes-Benz S-Class Will You Give It A Thumbs UP or DOWN?
One of the more interesting pieces we've come across is this rendering of what is suppose to be the next-generation Mercedes-Benz S-Class. While we aren't sure on any specific model year this puppy is suppose to make its big splash, it has to be relatively soon given that the current S-Class is a little dated.
It seems like this rendering takes elements from the 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS and current-generation E-Class sedan, which seems to contradict word on the street that is suggesting the new S will have some inspiration from the swoopy and sensual F700 Concept.
With that said, we'll leave it up to you to decide:
1) Could this be the next-gen S-Class?
2) If so, would you give it your seal of approval?

Anything that loses the vapid Ponton rear flanks is an improvement.

Like I said before, S550 current gen is ugly. This new rendition does not change a bit of its ugliness. Square shaped exhausts are always off, that is why Porsche has Cayenne's Turbo models still on four round ones. get it?
