Im shocked. In the past, even the Sonata had been beating them.

Don't forget that there's an Accord coupe as well.

Actually they sold over 4000 Jukes in March. And the article mentions sedans only. The Accord number includes the Crosstour. When those numbers are subtracted the Nissan sold more Altima Sedans than Honda sold Accords.

How many of these Nissan Altima sales are rental car fleet sales? Honda rarely sells to rental car fleets.

Have a 2010 2.5s Altima ... egh good lease deal $140mth to have a new car until I graduated and the economy clears up and then hand it back. Had a G37s before and it is kinda hard to switch from sports aluminum suspension and 19' bridgestones to soggy sedan and really terrible continental tires.
Biggest complain is the engine, idk what goes on when its cold !! sounds like a sewing machine ... I haven't even bothered bringing it to Nissan to get the "we didn't hear it response." The dealer already put the first scratch in the quarter panel during the first oil change. Then gave me the "o there isnt anything there" ... but ya there is its deep in the clear a nice 18" x 3" brush swirl in the clear.
They told me to "bring it back to the dealer I bought it from" at 3k miles to realign the steering wheel (which was off 1/16th turn), since I brought it to another dealer closer to school for convenience.
Just treated me like crap since im 22 ... two bad this is my 3rd Nissan lease 2005 G35x 2008 G37s and only reason at an Altima now is because paying for law school ... good job Nissan good job treat your future customers great ! (sarcasm)
Who are the ones that are going to buy your products ? I think I am pretty loyal 3 in a row ? Getting a JD degree ? Guess that means nothing to you ! May have to consider something else besides a G37s convertible for graduation ... sad I can't switch through a companies lineup as my lifestyle changes ... I guess the Altima is Nissan POS customer car.

Don't be bitter, just be patient! Good luck with the JD, get your license, and soon you will be driving an Audi/MB/BMW and you never have to worry about cars again. Clients, yes, cars, no! :)
