Recall issued for 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedans, estates

Mercedes-Benz announced that it is voluntarily recalling certain 2011MY Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedans (chassis code W212) and Estates (chassis code S212). Just a few days ago, a broader recall for the M-Class was issued. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said that the recall affects only 41 sedans and wagons that might have inadequate adhesive in the vibration damper in the engine compartment.

I know that new cars tend to have issues, and it's nice that Benz is issuing this recall now rather than later. However, how come the title doesn't go... "Recall ALREADY?!"
