CTS Clone: Is Lexus Now Taking Styling Clues From Cadillac For the 2013 LS?
We are here to discuss automotive ambitions. To be more precise, we want to talk about big-scale ambitions. As since this is a concept that implies carmakers, we’ll quickly search for a company that has set a sky-high level for its goals.
There are quite a few automotive producers which have explosive ambitions and one of these companies is Lexus, which has really gathered image momentum over the last few years.

First off I know the news is saying this is supposed to be an LS design but I believe this was supposed to be for the new GS; the new LS we won’t see for almost two years. The last concept that is going to be shown in NY looks totally different than this and is a lot more angular; that one I could see more Caddish. So 009 thanks for taking my comment and making a post out of it. :) However I see where the caddy comment holds merit. Look at today’s Lexus models closely; they are all "literally" as aerodynamic as possible; thus boring design wise. These new angular designs are coming from somewhere and Caddy is pretty much the king in that category...

Looks like an LS-F if there was one, a bit akward in general.

That doesn't look anything like a Caddy.

I guess it could pass for a larger IS and the back sort of looks rounded off like a GS. I don't see a resemblance to the CTS at all.

are you blind, or just stupid? are you serious? I don't see any Cadillac cues at all in that rendering.

Just so all of you know....this is just an artist RENDERING (photoshop) based on the two teaser photos of the LF-GH Hybrid that will be shown for the first time at the New York auto show and will be the next generation GS...not the LS.

I love the grill. And the only Cadillack I see here is the name itself in the stupid title.

Personally, I don't see anything "great" or "stupid" about this rendering. Some may like this for a Lexus, some may not. What I do find STUPID is 009's interpretation/representation of this rendering as Lexus' effort at "cloning" Cadillac.
