FIRST REAL-LIFE Shots Of The Lexus LF-Gh Concept From The New York Auto Show!
Here it is. Well, it's not like we haven't seen it before. I'll start with something like this: this is one of those cars you have to see in person before completely bashing it with a stick.

Although when I first saw the car in pictures I thought it was very BMW 5-Series (E60), now after seeing it in the flesh it seems to REEK of IS-F from the front end. The rear end is the only area that seems a little BMW-ish. There are plenty of cool little details to appreciate about the LF-Gh. Take, for example, the ridiculously cool headlights and that free-form C-Pillar/rear door line.

Then there is the question you have to ask yourself after seeing a concept: how much of this vehicle will actually reach production?

What do you LIKE or DISLIKE about this vehicle's little quirks? Is Lexus' edgier design direction a good/bad move?

Is that a Lexus or a Cylon?

I'm not sure.....

Love the headlights and tail lights. It looks better in these pictures than the promotional ones but it still needs actual side mirrors to look the best. But the grill just isn't doing it for me

This is their four-coupe. I hope they give this vehicle some decent handling and power. Maybe Toyota has deigned a performance oriented hybrid drive system.

Umm, the term "four door coupe" is watered down enough. Lets not push it. This is NOT a four door coupe design. (or whatever you meant by 'four-coupe')

The headlights, tail lights, wheels and C-pillar are all what make this car. Too bad the C-pillar design is probably the only thing that will make it to production...

Horrible!!!!! Looks like a mixture of a Hyundai, last-gen Lexus LS, and the last-gen BMW 5-series. I'm sorry but that car isn't going to light the world on fire. Next!

I work at a Lexus Dealer in Houston and was told that this is without a doubt going to be the next GS.

Am I the only one who thinks the side of the car looks very outdated?

It does look outdated. But thats because Lexus copies design elements from other cars, without realizing that those design elements are starting to look long-in-the-tooth. The cars they copied them from are about 5 years old now. That's why this car looks dated already. The LF-A also looks dated but that's because they designed it 7 years ago.
