GM Warns Of Plant Shutdowns Due To Lack Of Parts

General Motors said today that its vehicle production "has been impacted by the events in Japan" and it may be forced to suspend output at some assembly plants because of parts shortages.

In a brief statement on its Web site, GM said it is "anticipating adjustments in our plants around the world as needed."

Why cant you just face the facts as they are? There are few automakers that came out this disaster without moving or cutting production.
