SPIED: Finally, We Get A FIRST Look At The BMW M5 Concept's Interior
Now we've seen plenty of pictures and video of the all-new BMW M5 Concept, however, we have yet to see the interior.
Until now.
Get a look at the guts of the M5 and let us know what you think of the interior's materials.
Notice something peculiar? What do you like/dislike? Do you think that BMW will keep an interior of this spec for production?
The sharp Photographers from Autohome have captured the first outside of industry interior photos of the BMW Concept M5.
Here you can see the red-line , DCT with Drivelogic and unique M fixtures such as M Tri-color stitching and textured trim.

Yawn!!!! Same old tired gauges that they’ve been using for the last 10 years. Which itself was just a slight improvement over the gauges from the 1970’s. I’m sorry but BMW has lost its way when it comes to designing attractive interiors (not that they ever really had it, but the 7 series, and E46/E90 interiors were actually pretty nice.).
At least this interior is better than the E60’s interior, which was a stark, cold, spartan, buttonless bore (it resembled the inside of a coffin).

The gauges are not the same. I like the gauges of the previous BMW's from 84 on up. They were one of BMW's signature looks. The new ones seem to be an evolution of the older ones.

I don't know what people are expecting? Since when was an M5 that much different from the interior than a regular 5 series?
And btw, this M5 concept's interior isn't final. There is a reason BMW had dark tinted windows on the car.

After seeing the new 6 series interior, I will shut up from now on until I have seen the official photos of any BMW interior in the future. I knew they had it in them and the 6 proves it! Cant wait to see M6's interior! Back to the topic at hand though, why is that steering column so big? Is it just the pic?
