NEW YORK AUTO SHOW: What's This? The Scion xB "Ahoy Matey" Special Edition?

At the 2011 New York Auto Show, there weren't that many cars that stood apart from the crowd. You know, a vehicle that has true panache and blows your mind. Then we spotted this on the Scion stand.

This kind of boggled our minds a bit.

How could a brand that just showed off what very well be the most impressive vehicle at the show -- the FR-S Concept -- then no less than 100 feet away display this supremely hideous creation.

I think it is safe to say that this rather unique Scion xB has just earned itself the now annual "Fudgie the Whale" New York Auto Show Award.

No, that's not a good thing.

this was a build off car between the navy, army, airforce and marines. nice way to slam some amiture car builders who defend our country. ASSHOLE!
