Automotive Design Icon, J Mays Shares His FIRST Impressions On The 2012 Volkswagen Beetle
If you're sitting there wondering "Who cares about J Mays opinion," well there is a good reason for this. He is the man behind Volkswagen's Concept One. This was the vehicle which eventually became the New Beetle.
Another great thing about this iconic designer is that Mays' a straight shooter. He's not one of the majority of professionals in the auto industry who are full of sh!@#$.
One of my fondest memories of Mays was at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show, where 001 and I had the chance to sit and speak with Mays for over two hours about everything from cars to watches to insider tales of the auto business. What a guy!

I like it. But I think I won't like the version with smaller wheels and without sunroof.
