With what was underway with the last one, everything should be done but the final design on this. What Im saying is, wasnt the engineering part completed for a NSX successor? I remember seeing test mules running about before they cancelled the project.

You would think so, but. Changing from a V-8 or V-10 configuration to a Hybrid V-6 powerplant.

If they do a redesign I hope they stay mid engine its was a great design especially for acura. its a good thing they had a top ferrari designer design the previous NSX.

In its later days it used to be sold as an Acura. If it gets current Acura's styling...

Hoping for a FI V6 with 400+ horsepower.

Finally. Keep it mid-engine, naturally aspirated, 400+ HP and affordable, and we'll have a winner. Honda's president did say that it will be the "spiritual successor" to the original NSX, so it has to be in every sense of the word.

"BUT, don't be like the GT-R or LF-A, which are just the G37 and Celica on steroids, respectively, of course."

- That is the most ignorant thing that I've read here all year. And beleive me when I tell you, some people here say some super ignorant things. But now you are on top. And while were at it, other than the V6 engine config, what do the G37 and GT-R share?

Please tell me what parts do the LF-A and Celica share? You sound beyond stupid.

They do suck. Not all but some really are sucky. But you'll never admit that FACT?

It's going to be a hybrid car. Therefore we can only hope it will have some of the Charisma of a 911 GT3 Hybrid.I'm not optomistic. This thing is going to be built on the Accord platform with the Acura based awd as on the RL and TL.So figure in the 400 HP range if you factor in 300 gas engined based HP and 100 electric based HP. Should get great mileage though. Is LexSucks serious when he says the GTR and LFA are based on a G37 and Celica on steroids.I'm not a Lexus fan but he is quite a story teller.Does that mean a 911 GT2RS is based on an original VW Beetle on steroids?hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
