Give BMW credit. The X3 was an ugly stinker when it came out.

The 2006 model with a Sport Package really improved things.

Ive heard they're really working at getting this thing decent looking. With the Acura RDX directly citing the X3 as its target...I dont think BMW has time to rest on its current offering. More power....more style....more options.....hopefully will sweeten the entire overall package.

However....by the time theyre done....it will be time for a new model.

Hey Nate...I agree that they are getting better but for teh most part the X3 is just ugly for no reason. Everything behind teh C-Pillar is wrong and the front clip was ugly from the jump. I love the engine and the interior isn't bad at all but the styling is all wrong. Thats why it doesn't sell. I hope they don't do the X5 this way...it'll be such a waste of a nice vehicle.

Bavarian Motorrad.....you would like a Festiva with 19's on it.

The X3 looks much better in its current form than it has in the past, these upgrades will definitely make it better, but it is still lacking nice curves to set it apart. Still looks too much like a CR-V or a Rav4.

Man the new RAV4s(V6) will eat an X3 for lunch for $10K to $15 less.
