Porsche Cayman S Black Edition Revealed
The next step up from the Cayman S is known as the Cayman S Black Edition: Starting in July 2011, Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is bringing the mid-engine coupé to market in a special edition limited to 500 units boasting even better performance and especially lavish equipment specification.

The Cayman S Black Edition is powered by a 3.4 litre six-cylinder boxer engine with power output increased by 10 hp (7 kW) to 330 hp (243 kW) at 7,400 rpm (an additional 200 rpm). The maximum torque remains unchanged at 370 Newton metres at 4,750 rpm.

Acceleration from 0-62 mph is improved by a tenth of a second to 5.1 seconds...

True. Except for the regular Cayman S PDK has been documented by Car & Driver going 4.4s - 4.6s from zero to sixty. And that is impressive.

Correction. Car & Driver said Porsche told them 4.6s for the manual and 4.4s for the PDK, but Car & Driver was able to do 4.3s with the manual Cayman S, and so the PDK Cayman S should be around 4.1s. Porsche is always conservative with their numbers. Link below:
