Most popular among subcompacts in April was the Ford Fiesta

It’s interesting how the small cars fared against the bigger ones in terms of popularity during the month of April. While subcompacts are getting more popular due to increasing fuel prices and their affordable pricing, they’re still low-volume compared to the other models in their respective lineups. For example, subcompacts like the Ford Fiesta and Honda Fit are far from being disliked but it is the pricier, bigger compact cars such as the Ford Focus and Honda Civic that are truly profitable and popular.

One of the comments in the article mentioned there is a 100% tax in Denmark for cars. That's really sad that so many people don't live in freedom.

The down market variant is going to be really popular in Asia. Ford Fugo.

I have a hard time not liking the this car. Cheap, stylish, seems put together well. Best thing is it comes in lots of different bright colors...something the Germans could learn from.
