VIDEO: BMW's Upcoming 3-Series Continues To Get EXPOSED Bit-By-Bit
This past week brought some BIG BMW news in that the F30 3-Series finally shed its heavy camouflage. Spy photographers jumped all over it like BMW was handing out free money.

Long story short, we can tell this design is going to be more evolutionary and less revolutionary. In fact, many critics have noted that it looks like a scaled down 5-Series. That could be good or bad, depending on your taste.

Aside from the images though, video footage was captured and posted on E90post, which divulged some more details to very keen observers.

**Take a look at the video down below and check out the new observations made by Bimmerphiles down below

We bring you the most revealing F30 3-series FEP (final evaluation phase) test car video yet -- 2 minutes of spy footage...

The video reveals the following things:
  • Fixed piston calipers
  • Possible lightweight calipers being tested
  • Possibly LED turn signal indicators
  • Regular bulb brake lights
  • Appears to be undergoing sound check/testing.
The co-driver can be seen wearing headphones and there is a cable attached to the exhaust system.

The F30 3-series sedan is expected to be officially announced in November in London, in connection with the upcoming 2012 Olympics, and makes its world debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March of 2012. Sales should begin shortly after in Europe and in the US by the Spring. As per the usual 3-series sedan/coupe timeline, the F32 coupe should debut a year later sometime in 2013...

No offense to BMW owners and drivers, it look very similar to current BMW 3-Series and 5-Series. I wish all car maker not just BMW to make the newer model different from the out going models.

Beside all the new cool gadgets and stuffs the new model should look totally different. But one thing for sure I can't wait for the official test and spec.

They did that with the Z4 and all the Bangle-bashers came out from under the slimy rocks where they live to howl that BMW had no right to radically redesign its vehicles.

Vehicles can be radically designed. The issue was that they looked Awkward. I'm glad Bangle is Gone. He was never a car guy and his designs showed that. Isn't Bangle designing toasters are something like that right now? The biggest mistake BMW has made in the last decade or so was to hand over the car designs to Bangle and his group.

It doesn't take a whole lot of "engineering" integrity to release a shite software update to dumb down engine performance due to, wait for it.......shoddy engineering.

Fixed piston calipers, and possible lightweight calipers are very exciting news. It looks like the 3 series will be shedding some weight.

Cheaper. But BMW will still charge a premium. That's how they enjoy such huge profit margins.
