This is as bad as brakes failing, especially when you're approaching a roundabout. After several complaints to Mini to no avail, it reoccurred at the service centre and finally they agreed to replace the steering pump.
Already investigated in UK and Ireland. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/watchdog/2009/02/mini_steering_system_failures.html

Those exterior mirrors attached to the doors are also on the Dodge Challenger, Prius, Insight, Leaf, Mazda CX-7, Toyota Venza, Honda Civic, Honda Fit, Nissan Versa, Ford Fiesta, but only the Rondo and 2012 Kia Rio is the copycat. Now give me my negative points even though it want change the FACT that I listed 10 cars with exterior mirrors attached to the doors. Don't let me list 25 sedans with slanted C pillars because the 2004 Camry, 2005 Accord, Pontiac G6 and 1st generation Lexus IS is just the begining. I know people would be quick to say the Forte sedan copied those C pillars.
