2011 Kia Optima Hybrid price starts at $26,500
The first ever Kia hybrid vehicle to go on sale in the United States is scheduled to arrive at nationwide dealer showrooms next month, with a starting price of $26,500, the automaker announced today.

The price tag excludes $750 for destination and handling. Interestingly, the price for the 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid is just a little more than the $25,795 it costs to buy its sibling – the 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid.

I like the grill better on this than the Sonata Hybrid. It doesn't look like a speckled bass.

"I can't get over how freaking ugly this car is. Inside and out. That rear window area is just awful."

Funny it won Red Dot design Award. Now give me my negative points even though it won't change the fact it is the 4th Korean car to win design award. Now what? If it's so ugly don't look it. The cube is ugly and I don't look at that it makes me throw up. Why would I look at something I can't stand? Hurry up with my negative points.

jtz7, why don't you list every car with the two tone rear view mirrors, or with the side vent in front of the doors? You seem to be so good at listing such trivial things about other car models. Nobody in there right mind cares if another car has an item that is similar. lol how about this, everybody is copying the round wheel idea! gotta design something with ovals to stay ahead of the trend! lol

Also add the Dodge Charger as an orgianl in that list. It'll be ready to tackle that Nissan Maxima. I would have added the Mazda 3 but its headlights copied the 2004 Toyota carmy's. I'm jtz have nice day.... oh don't forget my negative points.

Its not my favorite looking car, with the pumpkin carved smile for a grill, but in person its better looking than the Accord, Camry, or Altima hybrid versions.
