The current design is great. They're absolutely timeless! But I'm eager to see something new!

Solid Axles would be great, but us real 4x4 guys are a rare breed, especially for Land Rover, and there aren't enough of us buying land Rovers to negate going back to a solid rear. I say they can make it work, At least a solid rear. If Ford can make a solid axle run as fast as an M3 then I know LR can make a good handling Soid Axle Discovery IV.

Classic shapes really? Do you mean a SQUARE?

More of a rectangle...on small circles.

I love how the current one still pays homage to the Original Discovery. They need to at least keep the same theme like BMW has with the hoffheimer (I know I spelled that wrong) kink and kidney grill. I love my Discovery II. I love the capabilities of the current one, however you can't really modify it to the extent that you can the Disco II. They are too nice to Wheel now. LR needs to get back to the gritty like the Disco I and II. That is the whole reason they ditched Discovery III and replaced it with LR3 and LR4
