SPIED: New SPY Photos Of The Porsche Cayman, But What's Different?
Regardless of what the "http" may say, these spy images are of the all-new Porsche Cayman undergoing testing.
Aside from the changed taillights, which could very well be magnetic stickers, what do YOU spot that is different?
00R can't manage to put his finger on it...

The rear hatch/rear window of the cayman is moved back a tiny bit, making it's rear end look more like a 911/panamera. also, the rear window looks a bit larger.

Nothing cosmetic. When was the last time a major exterior styling change occurred on anything Porsche built? Cayenne doesn't count, either.

There are same size wheel on front and rear. I guess 4WD. It can be mechanical or hybrid. There is not rear spoiler means good weight ballance. It can be a battery in the front creating good weight ballance. The vehicle front is longer than the current. There are huge air outlets in front of the windshield wipers. Maybe the battery heat is coming out there.
The rear bumper also strange, absolutely not fitted to the body panels. I think Porsche designed a special bumper with integrated rear diffusor, larger than the current.

The Porsche design department have really had their work cut out again.
Must be one of the best places to work.
"we've changed the like clusters, slightly".
Do love the Cayman though - great car to drive!

I'm a fan of the Cayman. I like the handling and all of a Boxster but the hard top is always a better attribute. I just hate how they have limited the potential of the Boxster and Cayman. Imagine a Cayman Turbo S, it would own my 911 TT probably. One pet peeve but other than that it's good.

What does it take for you to criticize something?
You need to know it! Why some people flame something that maybe they don't know? The ones who have had the chance of driving consecutive generation of Porsches should know how they have the ability of improve their current models making them superior and much better cars than its successors. It takes a little bit of knowledge to realize that most of these changes in the case of Porsche, are not aesthetic but mechanical.-
