Supposedly there might be a Red Bull edition Infiniti with some extra performance as some article speculated a couple days ago,

RBR really need help in KERS department and Infiniti(Nissan) is a good partner with big experience of hybrid and electric Road cars.
Infiniti have only started their partnership with RBR-Renault at the start of current season and they said they would be playing a big part in the development of 2013 Power train regulations(1.6l 4 cylinder turbocharged engine, more powerful KERS).

RBR already has the Nissan connection through Renault, I don't see how the infinity department can benefit them with anything but money.
