Jaguar to join the club and produce an SUV?

Jaguar says its mission today is simple: Produce fast, beautiful cars that are desired worldwide.

But can Jaguar really survive in today's world without a truck?

Or at least something that looks like a truck?

Could this be the inspiration?

Here's what they showed at Detroit 2004 when I told their PR guys that they should produce an FX/Cayenne Competitor based on this design language.

They looked at me like I had twelve heads!

My how things change!

I actually think it was the best concept they've shown in a long time.

Our guess is they will build something that will directly go against the upcoming BMW X6.

It looks like a MB R-class in one picture, then it looks like a Mazda RX-8, and then the front end looks like a S-Type. It's futuristic and all but it will not uphold Jaguar's known Luxurious features. It looks like a japanese concept.

What great work Ford MC has done to integrate all their brands into one car.

Even if the R Class looked like that I wouldn't buy it lol. And I'm a huge MB fan myself. It won't look like a Benz because it looks like a Japanaese car.
