Do You Regret The Color Combination You Picked For Your Car?
When it comes to getting a car, color is a very important choice. That's because it is one of the few things that makes such a statement and is an option.

But it seems that color becomes a bit of a dangerous aspect when ordering a vehicle. That's because plenty of people order something based on a swatch then back out when the finished product is on the showroom floor.

Although beauty is in the eye of the beholder -- brown may look good to some, not others -- we want to know:

Have you regretted a color combo on a car AND if so what car and which color?

A little. I ordered a Phantom Black A4 (for those of you who do not know, it is a metalic black) before the 2009s were out, so I didn't have a way of seeing it on a car. Although it is not a terible color, it comes off looking a bit dull in comparison to regular black. Almost a very dark graphite grey. The great thing about leasing though, is come October, I get to swap out for a different color. Don't have to live with it for ever.

Not really, but I did want white on my 335i sport. There wasn't one available, anywhere. So, I took a dark graphite metallic color. It still had the black leather and aluminum trim, which I wanted and it also had every option I wanted.
I am not too picky on the exterior color, but I am picky about certain options. I must have the sport package because I love the seats, premium sound and satellite radio.
Its a lease as well, so I am not too picky because I know I can change it.

I typically get silver/grey exterior on black interior...so no I have not regretted it except for the heat in my climate - and then I was getting grey interiors. Once AC seats were available, I stuck with the black interior again.

I've had a few friends regret getting red interiors on their non-lease daily drivers

I wanted blk white or red. I got the last one and it is silver. I always get the last one of the car I want (but at a discount so its ok).
