Just being curious, is Lambo better or is Ferrari better?

It really depends what styling you have the desire for. But you are right, Ferrari does have more depth in theier line up. Eventhough both are supercars, I think Lamborgini has the more exotic look to their designs.

The wedge design is cool...but I'd purchase the F430 before the Murcielago LP640.

the f430 is a lot cheaper though, doesn't this rival the 599? or is it in a league of its own.....

Yes, the 599 is Ferrari's closest competitor for the LP640, but the Lambo probably has a bit more performance and definately more pronounced look.

true...which means the audi s6/s8 are the best engines in the world since they are lambo engines aren't they?
i think ferrari, bmw and aston martin do the best engines. although the bentley v8 has been around for 50 years so it must be pretty good.

Rupert, you have heard the V8 Vantage exhaust note, right? Holy crap does it sound mean!!!! I love it! On an episode of Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson said that you can hear the V8 Vantage - literally - from 2 miles away. Not only does the V8 Vantage sound good, it looks good too... very good. But anyways, Ferraris to me look much more classy than Lambos. Although I love a nice Lambo, I would take the F430 any day over the Gallardo.

I've driven in a murcielago and believe me, its not that great. It was possibly one of the bumpiest rides i have ever taken. A tight suspension isnt always a comfortable one.

Haha, buy a sedan or something else if you want comfort. Lambos are not about comfort.
