Those eager to know what cars are going to look like well before they start testing probably should go through patent filings. Why, you ask? Because you get to stumble across cool things like the upcoming BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe.

A web site dubbed Joke For Blog obtained these renderings of the upcoming 6-Series Gran Coupe and although we don't know where they're sourced from they do have stampings all over them.

Any thoughts, Spies?

Aside from that, it looks like the Gran Coupe renderings stick closely to the concept's form.
