Aston Martin wants to sell over 1,500 Cygnet city cars a year

"Aston Martin introduces Cygnet, a luxury city car based on the iQ subcompact of Toyota, as a way to broaden its appeal to its customers and boost sales."

....actually, aren't they making this because of some euro emission standard BS, where a company has to sell a certain number of small engine cars to offset their big engines? Aston being especially vulnerable to this law because they only make V8's and up.
