Production of the next-generation Chevrolet Impala will be at General Motors’ plant in Detroit-Hamtramck, Mich. The current Impala is built at GM's Oshawa, Ontario, plant. What we know about the next Impala is that it will have similar dimensions to the current Impala and it will share a front-wheel-drive platform with a new Cadillac.
