I am not an American, but this is outrageous! I could understand paying maybe a few hundred thousand to cover the extra cops pay, but if the royals were to visit America are they going to charge the Royals Millions or Billions? What hospitality, maybe Obamma shouldn't have attempted a toast before the Queen?

If you read the article it is about both $16 per vehicle as well as $8.7 million in fines over the years for the US refusing to pay the fees. It appears our gov't consider the fee a tax, which they feel we are exempt from since we are not British. Suggesting this article is anti-Obama is ridiculous once one has read it thoroughly.
...I find it odd that a democrat would attempt to insult their opponent by suggesting they enjoy having testicle filled scrotums dangled in their face. Isn't this a center piece issue that many democrats support the right to do?

Come to think of it, regardless of who you are & where you come from, we should all be subject to the law of the land that we are walking/driving on! Exempting others makes them more special than others.
