2007 Porsche 911 Turbo Review and Video
Inside Line does a quick review of the 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo, a short video is included. Acceleration from zero to 60 is in 3.7 seconds. Only one slight problem, that is for the automatic version, the manual is three tenths slower. Another cool function, an overboost button gives you extra 45 pound-feet of torque for 10 seconds. The 911 Turbo looks to be an excellent sports car. But would you take it over a Ferrari 430 Modena or a Lamborghini Gallardo?

There's no way my next car isn't having a "Boost" button. Not quite as cool as the M5 100HP button, but still impressive.

Any time 997-turbo starts at 123k, and still besting the Ferrari and Lambo in performance.
By the way I think the 0-60 time of 3.7 was done on winter tires in damp weather, sticky tires and warmer weather will for sure improve on that figure
1/2 second better then F430 and Gallardo is a considerable difference

The F430 is capable of a time 0-60 in 3.5 seconds with the launch control, that is unfortunately not available in US.
