Modern vs Classic - Are Today's Pony Cars As Fast As The Legends Of The 60's?

Here’s what’s possibly the greatest video we’ve ever featured! We have three modern muscle cars – Camaro SS, Shelby Mustang GT500, and Challenger SRT8 – up against their ancestors from 70s.

The purpose of this test conducted by Motortrend is to see if the good ol’ days were actually that good.  In many way the modern ponycars are better, but all of them lack that bewitching charm of the originals. Aesthetically, we like the old ones better. What do you think?

Modern versions are certainly great for everyday, but I just can't deny the presence of a shining classic!
