Nope. Still the majority are idiots who buy trucks because they look good and not for duty use. Its a fact and you can not argue against it.

Trucks aren't even that great at what they are supposed to do. People can steal stuff straight out of the back, load is exposed to the rain, needs to get tied down or it comes off in the highway, etc.

With trucks they need to figure out a way to keep people from stealing catalityc converters. That appears to be the newest rage.The best way to keep people from buying bigger vehicles to me would be a gas tax of say $1.00. Apparently GM's Dan Ankerson agrees with me.He prefers this over raising the fuel economy standards further. Obviously he figures the cost to GM is less and therefore would not have to be passed on to the consumer.I'll bet the ecoboost F150 is more expensive to make and costs more to buy then the V8. Personally I thing trucks should be made slightly smaller in both length and width.I also think they should way about 500 LBS less.

Exactly why they should impose a gas guzzler tax if the truck is not used for a business.
