The all-new 3 Series Coupe is hitting the roads in September and when it does, be prepared for a re-sculpted look, a twin-turbo engine and, perhaps the biggest news of all, all-wheel drive. Re-sculpted, inside and out. It’s rare to find such a sporty machine that also carries its own when it comes to refinement. But with the 3 Series Coupe, absolutely nothing has been compromised. There’s the aggressive, muscular hood. Flowing signature lines along the profile. Standard Xenon Adaptive Lights. Just like any other BMW, the all-new 3 Series Coupe is outfitted to provide an exhilarating drive. Under the hood of the 335i Coupe is an inline 6-cylinder engine with high precision injection and twin-turbo chargers, giving you 300 horses of heart-pounding power and class-leading 300 ft. lbs. of torque. The 328i and 328xi Coupes are just as impressive, featuring a more powerful and fuel efficient, inline 6-cylinder engine with Valvetronic. This new engine produces 230 horsepower and 200 ft. lbs. of torque. But because of its inline orientation of cylinders there are fewer vibrations, which means a smoother ride for you. It’s history in the making. With the launch of the all-new 3 Series Coupe comes a very big first. It’s the first time we’re offering a coupe with xDrive, BMW’s intelligent all-wheel drive system. When you’re on smooth, dry roads, xDrive gives you a sporty, rear-wheel drive feel. But as soon as you hit a snow-covered road, slippery conditions, or an uphill curve, it automatically sends more torque to whichever axle has more traction, resulting in optimal stability and performance. Add to that the driving dynamics intrinsic to a 3 Series Coupe, and there’s no straightaway, no hill, no windy country road, you can’t conquer.

Absolutely stunning. My next car looks to be like a sure winner. Good job BMW and nicely done in producing a car with a 0-60 time of 5.3 It is as fast as the S4 and the next M3 will just be nuts.

Audi keep producing cars like the RS4 and RS6 so you FORCE the other two Germans (BMW and MB) to produce even greater cars!

Of course it's making a descent.... While its sales figures have reached record levels and BMW is the #1 selling premium brand in the world, I'm sure that would classify as a descent wouldn't it?

Turbocharging its formerly great engines allows it to offer similar or better performance than all of its competitors while undercutting their prices by 3-4K (Audi S4).

A bad move isn't it?....Your only adding appeal to your best selling vehicle of all-time and a benchmark for the last 20 years (the 3-series)with a new model, undercutting your competitors prices and offering similar or better performance.

Kudos to BMW for cleaning up the Kia rear lights. Otherwise, a non-event in my books. BMW used to be a unique car in most respects. Ultra-short overhang in the front. Distinctly European styling. Functional and attractive interior.

Today, they can be mistaken for an Asian or American car from the outside. They lack simple things like dual climate control (which you will find in a less expensive Acura). And they inherit a mountain of gadgets. Good thing that they at least still have the BMW handling going for them.

people can say all they want about how amazing the interiors are superior in an Audi. its all nonsense. I drive a 2005 M3 coupe and LOVE it.
I have many friends in different types of Mercedes' BMW'S and Audi. when you buy a Mercedes or BMW you dont have to explain why you bought one. the name speaks for itself. every time someone buys an Audi, the buyer sounds like a spokesperson for the company and starts giving explanations on why they chose it over BENZ AND BMW.
